Meet Linda!
I have been working with polymer clay since 1994, when I bought a piece from an artist and she allowed me to "pick her brain" about the stuff. I went to the craft shop, bought some, and started on my polymer journey!

Currently I teach polymer clay classes to children in after-school groups and to adults through local bead shops. Their abilities never cease to amaze! I never feel I am going to "work" because I have such fun. I sell my work at craft shows, online, and through local shops. Others have described my work as not fitting into any one niche. I can safely describe my style as multi media/multi-dimensional. I sculpt, cane, quilt, paint, sew, work in paper and scrapbooking...pretty much anything that is asked (Can you??? is a popular question that has only once or twice been answered to the negative).

I am married and have 3 beautiful children.

Meet Cat!
Charlene "Cat" Therien has been working with polymer clay since 2001. She is a full-time artist who specializes in polymer clay millefiori canes and memorial keepsakes made from dried flowers. Cat was one of the pioneers of online tutorial video streaming, hosting free live video sessions from her home studio.

Meet Marlene!
I am a polymer clay artist who also does beadwork and mixed media. I've sculpted with polymer clay since its birth, with beads since the 90's and have painted on and off forever. Although I have no formal training in art, I've always done some form of art ever since I can remember. My work appeals to the unique individual who appreciates the unexpected and who enjoys dancing to the beat of their own drum.

2012 1st Place-Polymer Clay Functional Objects and 1st Place Members' Choice in the International Polymer Clay Association's Progress & Possibilities competition.  Two time finalist in Bead & Button's Bead Dreams International Competition in Polymer Clay.

Meet Wendy, of ShadesOfClay

Creativity has always been an important part of my life. I studied Illustration and Fashion Design at Sheridan College in Oakville, ON. I fell in love with the town and to this day I still reside in beautiful Oakville, near the shores of Lake Ontario with my family.

It was my love of fabrics that first led me to creating art dolls which then lead me to polymer clay and its endless possibilities. Since that day, polymer clay and mixed media materials have become a very important part of my world. In May of 2013 I became the new owner of Shades of Clay, a Canadian online store established in 2002.  
I am a member of the Southern Ontario Polymer Clay Guild (SOPCG) where I continue to learn and share new techniques and ideas with like minded people. I love what I do!

Barbara McGuire has been working in polymer for over 25 years.  She makes outline and shape stamps, molds, templates, transfer images, texture sheets and tutorials  that aid artists working in polymer and ceramic clays. Barbara has written over 10 instructional books and appeared frequently on televised segments of craft instruction with Carol Duvall and WLOS Crafty Corner.  Barbara’s home studio is located in the Appalachia Mountains near Asheville NC, were she teaches at select galleries, stores, craft schools and by request.

Inspired by travels and her interest in cultures around the world, Jennifer Morris infuses her beads and sculptures with a sense of playfulness and a love for color. Jennifer's love for design and her natural artistic ability showed itself early in her life as she made paintings, sculpture and jewelry out of found objects when she was 3 years old and was accepted into arts academy at 5 and then went on to study sculpture in college and later work as a set designer in the film industry. Jennifer's pallet of materials and skills are diverse ranging from steel to wood to porcelain and paper to polymer clay. She stumbled onto polymer when she was making a 'dia de los muertos' sculpture out of papier mache 15 years ago. A friend suggested she try polymer to make the most of the detail and color she was trying to achieve. It was love at first sight and she hasn't looked back since.

Meet Christi!
She is an award-winning artist, specializing in polymer and multi-media.  Her work has been showcased in Ornament, Belle Armoire Jewelry, Stringing and Polymer Cafe magazines, has graced the cover of Fire Mountain Gems catalog, and has been featured in numerous books, magazine articles, shows, exhibits and galleries.

Her work has been honored with awards in the Wearable Expression International juried show, Bead Dream contest, Bead Arts contest, Best Of America: Jewelry Artists, American Women Artists Annual Juried Competition, and more.

Christi is the author of ten how-to books, and her articles have appeared in Bead and Button, Art Jewelry, Belle Armoire, Ornament, Bead Unique, Bead Design Studio, Metal Clay Artist, The Polymer Arts, Polymer Cafe, From Polymer to Art, Creative Beading (Australia), Beadwork, Hand-Crafted Jewelry, Step By Step, Bead (UK), Bead Polska (Poland) magazines and more.

She teaches throughout the world, using humor and positive energy to encourage her students to stretch their creativity, technical skills and artistic confidence.

Sarajane Helm began making dolls and dressing them when she was a very young girl…the skills learned in drawing and sewing for dolls translated into a love of character and costume. She studied theater arts at Barat College of the Sacred Heart and theatrical design at Ohio State University. She recently graduated summa cum laude from Front Range Community College with a degree in Media Graphic Design (print/web) Since 1978, she has designed and sold dolls and wearable art in many forms, utilizing her skills with fabric and fibers, polymer clay, paper and multimedia works. She designs rubber stamps and textile prints, dyes and hand embellishes fabrics, draws paper doll art, coloring books. Sarajane also designs web sites and publishes books for herself and for other artists through her company PolyMarket Press.

About Her: Teresa Salgado (widely known as Pandora due to her rapacious curiosity) has been creating three dimensional objects since the age of five. She began her artistic quest by combining rocks, wasps' nests and leaves with salt dough to create jewelry and sculptures based on her vivid dreams. Fast forward 50 years: After making thousands of art pieces in over five decades, Polymer clay has become the answer to her need for an art medium with  endless possibility. Pandora teaches her signature technique known as  "Scayning" (sculpture plus caning) to students around the world.

I discovered polymer clay in 2008 and fell in love with its possibilities! My passion is nature. I love all of the colors and textures and try to incorporate this in everything I make. Polymer clay has opened a whole new world for me!

I have been working full time as an artist since graduating from Columbus College of Art and Design in 1993. My degree was in illustration but I ended up mainly selling my work at arts festivals and galleries. I love to travel all over the country and set up my fanciful world of polymer clay creations. I also love to demonstrate the technique and watch people’s jaws drop when they realize how it works. Creating canes is always like magic and I love sharing it with my customers, collectors and students.  I teach at least 3 classes a week to all ages and demographics and create tutorials for online learners.

I've designed for Polyform Products (Sculpey) for 20 years.  I am now the Product Ambassador, having just retired from the "real job" at UCSD.  I've written over 100 magazine articles and taped about 33 television segments in those 20 years.

She's the author of Polymer Clay for the First Time, and has been on several design teams including the Sculpey Design Squad.
