Meet Suzanne!
Suzanne Ivester has been a familiar name and face in the polymer community for several years. She served as president of the International Polymer Clay Association from 2009 to 2010 and has authored the popular “Polymer Chef” column in PolymerCAFÉ magazine since early 2012. She has also written instructional and curatorial magazine articles for The Polymer Arts, GreenCraft, and Step by Step Beads, as well as PolymerCAFÉ, and has contributed online tutorials to the IPCA and Polyform websites. Her artwork has appeared in several published books. Suzanne has taught at Clay Quest, Ravensdale, and Fandango conferences and has offered guild workshops in several states. Suzanne’s teaching style emphasizes the joy of personal expression. Her goal is for participants to leave the workshop with new skills, techniques, and a finished project that not only conforms to the goals of the class but which reflects the artist’s own tastes and point of view.
