Meet Tammy:
Tammy Durham has an intense love for clay art and the constant need to push boundaries of the imagination. This desire compels her to infuse life experiences with the innocence of childhood memories to create works of art that inspires and delights the soul. She graduated from The Atlanta College of Art  in 1993 and aquired a Bachelors of Fine arts degree. Her first love was painting in oils and acrylics but over the past decade, discovered the wonders of Polymer clay.  She resided in the lovely town of Rousette located in the South of France with her family and visited the many small villages and art galleries throughout the region.  This passionate artist has learned the value of traveling and its importance for the creative soul.

Tammy currently resides in Colorado but while in the South of France, she traveled throughout visiting, Paris, Normandy, Rouen, Honfleur, Madrid, Seville, Cadiz, San Tropez, Cannes, Aix-en-Provence, Northern Italy, Montreal, and Aruba.

She continues to use these experiences as a source of inspiration.  She is a strong believer in charity work and participated in the Atlanta International School's Spring Benefit which brought in over 330,000 setting a new record for the school.  Tammy's latest work is inspired by space and time as she explores this in her new work called "Space Girl on a Mission."

Taking a long sabbatical for family, Tammy has emerged to combine her passion for Polymer clay with a unique illustrative approach, focusing on form, color, and texture.  She hopes to continue to inspire other clay artist to follow their imagination and creativity.
