How to use Ranger Distress Crackle on polymer clay
I love that worn crackled look and the good thing is it is really easy to create on polymer clay. My favorite crackle medium is the Ranger Distress Crackle. There are 3 choices available white, black, and clear and they can be found at most craft stores or online. Each one looks different depending on the color of clay you use. As the medium starts to crack you will see the clay color in the cracks. You can also add Pan Pastels and mica powders to change up the colors. As with most mediums the weather and humidity can affect how it works so experiment and see what works best for you.

Great info! I have the whole range of crackle colours, not sure if they're still liquid though lol!! Have you tried painting on baked clay? Thought it might be easier. Thanks for sharing 😊
